Before you get started

Can I keep my WhatsApp Business number?

WarpCart says you can connect your existing WhatsApp Business app number and keep phone replies and automation in the same chat. You can also connect a new Cloud API number.

How are customer payments handled?

WarpCart supports M-Pesa payments. Its pricing page states that customer M-Pesa payments go to your till, while WarpCart charges for AI usage.

What do I get when I sign up?

Every new store receives 50,000 free AI tokens. The public pricing page says no credit card is required to start.

Is there a mobile vendor app?

The WarpCart Vendor App is available on Google Play for managing products, orders, customers and WhatsApp sales on Android.
